Hal Brindley is an American wildlife photographer who travels the world to learn about the incredible variety of creatures that fill it. When you start to learn about these beasts, you start to care about them.
"Here, for the first time ever, is the full sequence. All 34 photos of this astonishing event, a leopard attacking and killing a crocodile. Although this behavior has been witnessed before, this is the first time it was ever captured on film. I was photographing hippos at a waterhole in Kruger National Park, South Africa, when it happened. For more info about that day read my story of The Best Day Ever.
